We provide cost-effective, scalable solutions, including ultrasound and echocardiography services, designed to reduce wait times and enhance patient outcomes while aligning with NHS guidelines.
Diagnostic World delivers a Consultant-Led Ultrasound service, with scans conducted by both Consultant Radiologists and Ultrasonographers. Our specialist radiologists ensure a robust clinical framework, supporting all clinicians and addressing any clinical queries from referrers.
In accordance with AQP service-level contracts, we are commissioned to offer patients an appointment within 4 weeks. However, we aim to exceed this standard, typically offering appointments within 2 weeks of receiving a patient’s referral.
By providing the service across multiple locations, patients benefit from both local access and shorter waiting times. On average, appointments are scheduled within 5 working days, with reports sent back to the referring GP the following day.
