Diagnostic World’s Ultrasound service is a flexible and responsive solution to support the increasing demand for ultrasound placed on Radiology Departments. Torbay Hospital has used the service to maintain MSK ultrasound capacity during staff redundancy/sickness which has been difficult to achieve without Diagnostic World’s support. This has enabled the directorate to maintain throughput and productivity without compromising quality. The Service allows us to commission a block of activity once every 2 months from a Specialist MSK Sonographer without the need for locums or recruiting a Full time specialist. I would recommend Diagnostic World to any Hospital grappling with demand for MSK without a definitive solution to date.”
